１．Check in
Check-in time 16:00-20:30
Please come to K's Villa Office (K's House Kyoto) to CHECK-IN on your check-in date.
※Please do not go to K's Villa (Kamogawa-an, Matsumi-an, Takasegawa-tei) directly

Open hours of K's Villa office are 9:00-21:00.
Please be sure to arrive by 20:30 as the K's Villa office closes at 21:00.

２．During your stay

If you have any problems or inquires about the house, please use the direct telephone ( free call to the K's Villa office ) to ask us.
If you have any questions about local information, you can come to Backpackers Hostel K's House Kyoto by free rental bicycle from K's Villa.
It takes 1 min to K's House Kyoto from K's Villa by bicycle. We will be happy to help you.

３．Check out
Check out time is before 11:00 am. When you check out, Please make sure to leave the room key on the dining table and lock the main entrance door behind you. That is all.
