１．Check in
Check-in time 16:00-21:00
Please come to K's Villa Office (K's House Kyoto) to CHECK-IN on your check-in date.
※Please do not go to K's Villa (Kamogawa-an, Matsumi-an, Takasegawa-tei) directly

K's Villa Office is opened at 10:00am.
If you arrive after 21:00, please make sure to let us know in advance.

２．During your stay

If you have any problems or inquires about the house, please use the direct telephone ( free call to the K's Villa office ) to ask us.

３．Check out
Check out time is before 11:00 am. For locking up the house, please follow the instructions on the important information leaflet.
